My name is Rick Garcia. I live in Walnut Ca. Married 24 years, two great kids, Nikki 22, and Rick Jr. 18. I served on the USS Marvin Shields from July '71 to June '75. I left as a BT3 after two tours of Viet Nam. Back then she was still a Destroyer Escort (DE-1066). I met a lot of good people; I would like to hear from guys who served during that time, and anyone who served on her.
